Frequently Asked Questions

What is IGSaver?−

It's an online tool that lets you download videos, photos, reels, IGTV and stories from Instagram to your device for offline viewing.

Is there a limit on how many videos I can download?+

No! You can download as many videos as you wish, completely free.

What content types can I download?+

You can download videos, photos, reels, stories, IGTV, and full carousels/albums (every slide, not just the first) from public Instagram accounts.

How do I reopen IGSaver instantly (address-bar shortcut)?+

Bookmark https://www.ig-saver.com/en/ for one-tap return. Or type the page URL, then ?url= and paste the Instagram link (same idea as FastDL’s short link, using our domain). You can also save the on-page bookmarklet and tap it while viewing a Reel or post — it opens IGSaver with the link already filled.

Does IGSaver download every slide in a carousel / album?+

Yes. For multi-image or mixed photo+video posts, IGSaver lists every slide with its own preview and Download button — not only the first item. Use Download all when you want each file saved in order.
